DELIVERY TIMEFRAME 

1. Website Designing will take place on the chosen template only after we receive 100% of your text, images, videos etc. Partial content will be not considered for designing & you need to finalise the design layout in due consultation with one of our web consultant over the phone/ email.

2. Within 14 working days from the date of us receiving your finalised content, your website will be ready for an online review and for shopping cart websites; it would be 21 working days from the date of finalising content, shopping cart functionality & payment acceptance standards.

3. All completed websites will be either hosted on our own server or will be provided to the client in downloadable format like a zip file that needs to be uploaded from their end. WebOriginate will provide all technical details of server requirements on which our designed websites can be hosted.4. WebOriginate does not entertain any other format of delivery including providing the original source codes in other multimedia solutions' like CD, pen drive etc.

CANCELLATION

1. Post-website launch if you decide to cancel your Hosting or Domain Services with WebOriginate Limited, a written notice (14 working days prior to termination date) will have to be sent to us at info@weboriginate.co.uk or to our postal address. Alternatively, can be contacted over 01723 818360.

2. If a payment for designing/ hosting is not received 14 days after the due date on the invoice, a suspended page will be posted on your home page.

3. For monthly website package customers, a pro-rata cancellation fee will apply if cancelled before 6 months from the date of launching the website. 

REFUND POLICY

Refund will be based on a pro-rata basis for the work done.

• Domain Registration = Less £25.00
• First Web Consultation Call = Less £50.00
• Template Purchased = No Refund of Initial Deposit 
• Once the website design work has begun, You shall not be entitled to a refund of the initial 50% of the design project cost.    Furthermore, where the value of services provided by WebOriginate exceeds 50% of the total cost at the time of cancellation, we    reserve the right to invoice You accordingly.
